We are an IT support group seeking a highly skilled Director of Licensing Operations to lead and manage the licensing regimes of Environmental Health licenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health policies, knowledge in Microsoft Office and management of computer systems. About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with at least 5 years' working experience in operational work, regulatory or enforcement in a public-health related field with a managerial position. You should have good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships. You will work under high pressure and be resourceful in meeting tight deadlines and achieving results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the licensing regimes of Environmental Health licenses, including the monitoring of the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on licence applications. Guide and supervise the team's handling of public enquiries and feedback, ensuring proper and timely responses within stipulated service standards. Direct and oversee administrative matters, including training and performance evaluation of licensing officers. Collaborate with other NEA Support Divisions, e.g., IT Division on licensing system implementation plans, Finance Division on licence fee matters, Internal Audit Division on licence-related audits, and Service Quality Division on service standards and customer satisfaction surveys.
