  • The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the IRB Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Support the preparation of IRB approval letters, documents, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support for regular meetings and serve as a resource person for investigators.
  • Maintain accurate databases and track projects on the IRB system.
Qualifications:
  • Graduates from polytechnic/university with 3 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Prior experience in events management will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
