We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our programmes across various portfolios.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing programme operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic analysis. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Programme Delivery: The coordinator will oversee the setup, execution, and monitoring of programme timelines and milestones, ensuring that all deliverables are met within set deadlines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The coordinator will liaise with community partners and participants to address their queries and concerns, fostering positive relationships and building trust.
- Operational Support: The coordinator will manage participant onboarding, compliance, and resource allocation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
- Strategic Analysis: The coordinator will analyse programme data, identify best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing across portfolios, contributing to the development of new strategies and initiatives.
Requirements and Expectations:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in social work or a related field is required, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in programme coordination or a similar role.
- Experience: Experience working with social programmes or non-profit sector is an asset.
