Your Key ResponsibilitiesExperience Design
  • Design and facilitate transformation experiences using business design, behavioral science, and gamification to create impactful experiences that translate business challenges into actionable outcomes.
  • Understand client contexts to translate strategy into experiences.
  • Manage project teams providing direction and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the application of technology/tools and creative elements to ensure experiences meet client expectations.
  • Ensure quality assurance over experience delivery, set facilitation standards, methods, and templates.
Client Engagement
  • Serve as the primary interface with internal and external clients, taking accountability for planning, scoping, and delivering experiences across various industries.

Key Requirements

• Transformation Experience Design: Proven ability to design and facilitate transformation experiences.

• Client Understanding: Strong understanding of client contexts to translate strategy into experiences.

• Project Management: Ability to manage project teams and provide direction and mentorship.

• Technology Application: Skilled in applying technology/tools and creative elements to ensure experiences meet client expectations.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance over experience delivery and set facilitation standards, methods, and templates.
