Infrastructure Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an Infrastructure Coordination Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating and supporting the setup and maintenance of systems, environments, and automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operating systems and IT infrastructure, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. They will work closely with senior team members to ensure timely execution of setup tasks and track progress on infrastructure-related activities and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure timely execution of setup tasks.

• Track progress and follow up on infrastructure-related activities and issues.

• Assist in coordinating Operating System upgrades across environments.

• Support the scheduling and execution of patching activities.

• Help document upgrade and patching procedures.

• Coordinate the setup of secure file transfers with other applications.

• Assist in SSH key generation and setup for secure access.

• Ensure proper documentation of connectivity configurations.

• Support the creation and monitoring of Control-M jobs.

• Work with relevant teams to gather job requirements and dependencies.

• Maintain logs and reports of job executions and failures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Basic understanding of operating systems and IT infrastructure and Network concepts.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Analysis and troubleshooting skills in handling incident and issues.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Familiarity with Windows systems.

• Exposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M.

• Basic knowledge of SQL scripting, PowerShell, and batch script.
