The Role
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to join our growing team at GXS Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in developing and implementing innovative Generative AI solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, collaborating across departments to identify opportunities for application, architecting and launching scalable GenAI solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest breakthroughs in Generative AI and machine learning, and fine-tuning and enhancing GenAI solutions for optimal performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge Generative AI solutions to address real-world challenges and elevate GXS Bank's offerings.
  • Collaborate across departments to pinpoint opportunities where Generative AI can be applied for maximum impact.
  • Architect, construct, and launch scalable GenAI solutions utilising LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar platforms.
  • Stay at the forefront of Generative AI and machine learning by conducting research and staying informed about the latest breakthroughs.
  • Fine-tune and enhance GenAI solutions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Understanding of modern LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and deploying cloud applications.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Database/query knowledge (DynamoDB, MySQL, Presto, ElasticSearch).
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of Cloud applications.
