Ai Cloud Solution Architect

The
**Microsoft APAC Customer Success team** are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Artificial Intelligence Cloud Solution Architect
**AI CSA**) to drive high-priority customer business initiatives through the adoption of Microsoft AI/ML technologies and services. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role that will also serve as the
**APAC AI Pillar Lead** to ensure delivery of high-quality technical engagements, include architectural design sessions, proof of concepts/technologies, MVPs and customer enablement efforts across our APAC Enterprise customers. The role will provide best practices and thought leadership on successful adoption of the Microsoft Azure AI service offerings, from the foundational Azure Machine Learning/Data Science skills to Cognitive Services and Applied AI services.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Understand customers’ overall data estate Business, Priorities and Success measures to design AI/ML solutions that drive business value.
- Leverage key Azure AI technologies across multiple pillars of AI to drive business value and outcomes, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Applied AI.
- Ensure that solution exhibits adequate care to aspects related to Responsible AI in dimensions such as bias or fairness.
- Identify and collaborate in the development of code and documentation assets that can be reused to further scale the adoption of Azure AI services. These include documentation, blog posts, event presentations, and code assets.
- Develop deep relationships with key customer decision makers (both Business and IT) who drive long-term innovation and AI adoption within their company to enable them to be Azure AI advocates
- Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connecting with Microsoft Engineering teams to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects, Technical Specialists and Microsoft stakeholders in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise AI solutions on the Microsoft AI cloud platform.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the AI technical community while educating customers on Azure platform.
- Be an Azure Platform evangelist and thought leader across AI/ML with our customers, partners and external communities.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical**
- Enterprise-scale technical experience with one or more AI pillars (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Applied AI, Azure SynapseML), Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras), MLOps, Cloud and hybrid infrastructures and architecture designs.****:

- "Hands on" experience creating AI Proof of Concepts, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for customers that lead to production deployments.****:

- The technical aptitude and experience to learn new technologies and understand market and relevant cloud trends.
- Competitive Landscape: Knowledge of key AI platforms such as AWS, GCP, IBM Watson, etc.
- Partners: Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
- Depth / Subject Matter Expertise in two or more of the following Azure AI Platform Cloud solutions _(or equivalent on AWS, GCP, IBM Watson platforms)_:

- Azure Cognitive Services
- Azure Applied AI (e.g., Cognitive Search, Bot Services)
- Data Science / Machine Learning including Azure Machine Learning
- Breadth of technical experience and knowledge:

- Hands-on experience working on AI solutions, end-to-end, that have gone to production
- Programming/scripting skills - coding experience with one or more data processing languages (Python, Scala, R, Julia) and data science notebook development (Jupyter/JupyterLab/VSCode)
- Experience in data processing withh big data workloads like Spark, HDInsight, Hadoop
- Advanced Analytics including Azure Databricks, visualization tools such as Power BI

**Communication**
- ** Relationship Building**:Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects. The ability to influence and build relationships across technical and business teams.
- ** Business Acumen**: Able to quickly understand the customer’s industry and business and have relevant discussions with business decision makers. Awareness of key AI scenarios that are driving innovation acrosss industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Finance, etc. Ability to place technology in context of solving customer’s AI business problems by leveraging cloud offerings and open source technologies.
