Job Title: Director, Group Advancement Office
Job Summary:
Seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead strategic development initiatives and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

  • Develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies to support medical research and patient programs.
  • Lead and empower cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results through strategic planning, donor engagement, and stewardship.
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with potential donors, including philanthropists, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to craft compelling cases for research support that inspire giving.
  • Ensure transparent and timely reporting, as well as meaningful stewardship of donor relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, advancement, or donor/philanthropic engagement.
  • Proven leadership experience with ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Passionate about healthcare and committed to making a positive impact in society.
