Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Project Lead to oversee the implementation of electrical systems in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in leading teams and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to provide strong technical support throughout all phases of the project
  • Identify and implement ways to improve team productivity, skills, and technical capabilities
  • Oversee and ensure accurate programming of devices and creation of required graphics according to project specifications and timelines
  • Provide expert advice and support to the project team during testing and commissioning of system equipment to ensure smooth and successful system integration
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to address technical queries
  • Ensure all engineering work adheres to industry standards, company policies, and safety requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or similar discipline
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience with building management systems (BMS)
  • Experience in handling energy management systems/HVAC systems/Chiller Plant systems/Building Management Systems will be a plus
  • Knowledge of industrial system protocols like BACnet, Modbus, LONTalk will be an added advantage
