Early Childhood Curriculum Specialist

A senior educator is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the needs of young children.
- Curriculum Design: Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Teaching and Learning: Prepare instructional materials, evaluate student progress, and document periodic updates to ensure continuous improvement.
- Classroom Management: Implement strategies to foster a positive and supportive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and healthy environment, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals, while building strong relationships with parents through regular communication and involvement.
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or relevant.
- Certification: ECDA's Teacher Certification.
- Experience: At least 3 years of related experience in early childhood education.
- Priorities: Passion for teaching young children and commitment to providing high-quality education.
