Job Title:

Curriculum Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to lead the development of high-quality learning experiences in early childhood education. As a key member of our team, you will drive the design and delivery of innovative curriculum frameworks, resources, and programs that inspire future generations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Plan, research, and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, resources, and programs that meet regulatory standards and promote child development.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine lesson plans, teaching aids, and portfolios to ensure quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Research and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and research-backed practices in early childhood education and integrate them into our curriculum.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of curriculum across all programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 5 years of leadership experience, proven background in curriculum development, and teacher training.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development theories and practices, with experience in content creation.
  • Skills: Excellent research, planning, and curriculum design skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; creativity in designing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences; ability to observe, assess, and document teaching and learning effectiveness.
