Curriculum Innovation Lead

About the Role
- Plan, research, and develop curriculum frameworks, resources, and programmes.
- Review and refine lesson plans, teaching aids, and portfolios to ensure quality and relevance.
- Keep abreast of the latest early childhood education trends, integrating innovative and research-backed practices.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in early childhood education, and at least 5 years of leadership experience, with proven background in curriculum development and teacher training.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development theories and practices, with experience in content creation.
- Skills: Excellent research, planning, and curriculum design skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, creativity in designing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences, ability to observe, assess, and document teaching and learning effectiveness.
