Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality early childhood curricula, documenting children's progress, and establishing strong relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective early childhood curricula that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development, providing regular updates to parents
  • Create a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social growth
  • Plan and organize activities, materials, and resources to support curriculum delivery
  • Foster open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre Principal/Manager

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications
  • Certificate in Early Childhood Care Education (Category L1)
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care Education (category L2)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be committed to delivering high-quality education to young children.
