Project Administration Specialist

Job Overview:
The Project Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. This position involves providing essential administrative support to Site Supervisors, Project Engineers, and Project Managers at the Site Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative tasks and deliver support to Site Supervisors, Project Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Facilitate meeting arrangements and coordination between the headquarters and the Site Office.
- Assist in the submission of all necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with project coordination team members, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Work alongside the document controller to maintain an efficient flow of documents.
- Prepare and compile monthly progress reports to track project advancements.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of ITE/Diploma in Administration or a related field.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience within the construction sector.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
