Production Operations Manager

The Production Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of the Central Production Unit, focusing on Planning, Procurement, and Performance Management. This role will collaborate closely with peers in three focus areas: Fish & Seafood, Fruits & Vegetables, and Poultry.
This role will report to both the Head of the CPU and the Director for Food Processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring operational KPIs are met, including fulfillment on time, yield/shrinkage, and cost for unit of transformation.
- Assisting in continuous improvement work relating to systems, data, etc.
- Tracking financial targets and addressing relevant gaps.
In addition to the above, this role will also be involved in Business As Usual (BAU) by ensuring process compliance and analyzing data. The team will report to the Production Operations Manager regarding process compliance, improvement, and data analysis.
The immediate focus will be handling the transition to a new facility, including onboarding and training new staff, as well as assisting in developing and implementing new processes in coordination with the Manager for process improvement.
