Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to the cleaning team to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise
  • Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs
  • Proficiency in English and local language, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction
