**Job Title:** Front Desk Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Front Desk Administrator to provide exceptional support to our clients and staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Process client payments, issue receipts, and manage billing enquiries in accordance with company policies.
- Facility Management: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable, and handle any maintenance or supply needs.
- Assist fellow colleagues with scheduling, client information, and other administrative support as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to privacy regulations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Candidate may be required to work on weekends and retail hours, 6 days off per month.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, ideally in a wellness or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office) and experience with scheduling or management software is desirable.
- A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
- Diploma or equivalent; qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
