Senior Real Estate Strategist

As a Senior Real Estate Strategist, you will spearhead the development and execution of retail footprint strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Your key objective will be to drive brand growth and profitability through strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to guide site selection and retail format decisions.
  • Portfolio Management: Analyze store performance and KPIs to inform actions such as relocations, closures, and cost-efficiency improvements.
  • Lease Lifecycle Management: Oversee lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations to ensure alignment with financial and operational objectives.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Lead end-to-end lease negotiations to secure favorable terms.
  • Partner Engagement: Collaborate with partners on site selection, lease terms, and store development to ensure alignment with our commercial strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail real estate with regional APAC exposure.
  • Established relationships with key landlords across APAC markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in deal execution.

This role requires a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our global retail strategy.
