BAI GONG PREMIUM CLUB PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Live Event Coordinator to oversee the technical aspects of live performances on our club stage. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and visually engaging shows while maintaining our overall atmosphere and adhering to safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical Coordination: Manage and cue lighting systems to match the mood and energy of each performance, operate sound boards to adjust audio levels, and coordinate stage set-up and breakdown for different acts.
  • Liaise with sound engineers and lighting technicians to execute technical cues accurately.

Performance Scheduling:
Maintain a schedule for performers, including stage times, transitions, and breaks. Communicate with performers and their management regarding stage requirements and technical specifications. Coordinate with club management to ensure a smooth flow of entertainment throughout the night.

Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols on stage, monitor stage conditions to identify potential hazards, and adhere to all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements for live performances.

Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain clear communication with club manager, DJs, bartenders, and security personnel. Collaborate with the entertainment coordinator to book and schedule performers. Respond to technical issues that arise during performances and coordinate solutions with the technical crew.
