About the Role

As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving campaign objectives, managing daily workflows, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in paid social, programmatic, and search marketing will be instrumental in crafting and presenting media performance strategies that drive leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and present media performance strategies that align with client objectives
  • Manage daily workflows of bottom-funnel campaigns, working with stakeholders to deliver campaign objectives
  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix, including SEM, programmatic display/video, paid social, E-commerce, and retargeting
  • Develop and propose full-funnel campaigns to clients, working closely with the Director and Integrated Manager
  • Ensure best practices for E-commerce, Search, Programmatic Display/Video, and Social buying and planning
  • Lead on day-to-day running of bottom-funnel campaigns, driving relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Make in-depth recommendations based on strong analytics, marketing, and research concepts
  • Assist in mentoring and developing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within an advertising agency
  • Strong communication and client management experience
  • Expertise in 3rd-party ad serving platforms, including DV360 and The Trade Desk, and social platforms like Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with data-driven insights
  • Experience in mentoring and managing junior executives, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel and able to work with digital infrastructure, including tracking, web analytics, trafficking, and brand safety
