Job Title: Medical Support Specialist

Job Description

As a Medical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include managing patient registration and scheduling appointments, performing administrative duties as directed by your supervisor, and handling calls and inquiries.

Additionally, you will be responsible for dispensing medication under the supervision of our doctors. If you have prior working experience as a Clinic Assistant, this would be an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Good patient-centered service attitude
  • Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to commence work within short notice

Work Schedule

We are looking for someone who can commit to a regular schedule of 40 hours per week, including day shifts (8am to 4pm) and night shifts (3pm to 11pm). We require applicants to be able to work at least 1 weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) and on public holidays when rostered.

Part-time employees must commit to at least 3 night shifts (3pm to 11pm), including 1 weekend shift.
