Job Description:

Medical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing medical assistance and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will be managing all case types, including outpatient, inpatient, medical transportation cases, and billing cases. You will also be responsible for delivering professional medical and network-led Medical Assistance services.

You will work closely with the Global Operations Coordinators and other teams to ensure seamless assistance services. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, be collaborative, and have excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all case types, including outpatient, inpatient, medical transportation cases, and billing cases.
  • Delivering professional medical and network-led Medical Assistance services.
  • Working closely with the Global Operations Coordinators and other teams.
  • Supporting effective management of case volumes and activity.
  • Ensuring all billing and finance elements are complete.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Medical Assistance Coordinator or Global Operations Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Collaborative approach to role and service delivery.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
