Medical Support Specialist

The Medical Support Specialist is a vital role in our healthcare team. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and support.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Medical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling front desk duties, including answering phone calls, registering patients, dispensing medications, and collecting payments. Additionally, they will provide administrative support, schedule appointments, and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to commit to shifts between 8am to 10pm on weekdays and weekends
  • Cope with fast-paced environments
  • Possess strong communication skills, be well-organized, and proactive
  • Computer savvy
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice, with training provided
