Sales and revenue growth is a top priority for any successful organization. As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales at our roadshow events by engaging directly with potential customers, promoting our range of courses, and meeting sales targets.
About the Role
This is an exciting, target-driven sales role where your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and promote our offerings will make a significant impact on our revenue growth. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with your results-oriented approach, will enable you to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and recommend courses that best match their goals and interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively approach visitors at roadshow booths, introducing our courses and generating sales.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of each offering.
- Identify potential customers' needs and recommend courses that best match their goals and interests.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets at each roadshow event.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain an organized booth setup and ensure all promotional materials are readily available and up to date.
- Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service and brand presence at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a direct sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable approaching potential customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively across multiple events.
- A passion for education and helping individuals develop their skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to achieving overall company goals.
Working Conditions
- 5 days work week (including weekends)
- Working Hours: 11am - 8pm or 10am - 7pm (rostered based on events schedule)
- Full time sales position with opportunity to grow
