Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and drafting, with experience in creating detailed drawings and coordinating projects from design to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating architectural drawings, liaising with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers, and overseeing all phases of the architectural process.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a senior role and lead projects to success.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognised institution
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in a related field
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferably available to start work on short notice
  • 5-day work week
