Job Title: Senior Building Design Expert

About the Role

The Architectural Specialist will be responsible for conducting site surveys and investigations of record documents, including preparing feasibility studies and developing design proposals. They will also establish overall master schedules for building projects.

In addition to these tasks, the specialist will ensure that designs comply with statutory requirements, manage design development, execute tender procurements, and provide on-site construction supervision.

Key responsibilities include procuring statutory compliance, monitoring defects, and certifying final project completion.

Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Candidates should possess at least five years of working experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup is essential.
  • Experience in working with HDB is considered advantageous.
