Senior Building Design Specialist

We are seeking experienced building design specialists to join our team and take on responsibilities that involve supporting senior architects in the delivery of complex building projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support senior architects and take on design and project management responsibilities for smaller projects
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Evaluate compliance with local building codes and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in design or project management of medium to large-scale complex projects
  • Familiarity with Contract Administration for Project Implementation
  • Having experience in healthcare projects is a preferred advantage
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit are beneficial
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
