Building Design Implementation Specialist

Job Description
The role of Building Design Implementation Specialist will involve working closely with the Project Director to identify defects and coordinate rectification work.
You will support the Project Director in managing site coordination tasks, including resolving on-site architectural issues, issuing updated drawings to relevant parties, and liaising with consultants and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and regulatory requirements. You will also monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports as required.
Collaboration with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples is a crucial aspect of this role.
Requirements
- Experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design (ID) projects is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is vital.
- Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and industry practices is necessary.
- Proficiency in using a computer and basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is required.
