We offer a competitive salary of SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

Job Description

As a Sales Performance Leader, you will be responsible for generating leads and engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions. You will learn marketing essentials with comprehensive training and lead impactful campaigns and events.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals who possess excellent communication skills, management skills, and leadership skills. Relevant work experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
