We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at NodeFlair in Singapore. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide pre-sales technical support for our products, focusing on product demos, resolving technical issues, and supporting sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of J2EE, XML, .NET, OCR, ICR, and automation technologies, as well as experience in solution selling methodologies, ROI analysis, and project management for sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver custom product demonstrations to showcase our products' capabilities.
  • Address pre-sales technical questions efficiently, providing expert guidance to our sales teams.
  • Stay updated on our products and associated technologies, including content repositories, workflow systems, and key verticals.
  • Respond to technical questions in RFIs/RFPs and provide technical support to resellers.
  • Create reusable assets for internal teams and partners, such as training materials and presentations.
  • Support smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of J2EE, XML, .NET, OCR, ICR, and automation technologies.
  • Sales & Presentation Skills: Experience in solution selling methodologies, ROI analysis, and project management for sales opportunities.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously, including scheduling, training, and reporting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding business challenges in sectors like manufacturing and logistics, and knowledge of enterprise software deployment in cloud environments.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of pre-sales technical support experience.
  • Proven track record in leading complex enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in business analysis, partner collaboration, and publishing thought leadership.
  • Ability to travel 50% and lift/carry 50 pounds.
  • Preferred experience in business process management and cloud services.

This position requires a blend of technical acumen, strong communication skills, and experience in driving successful enterprise sales opportunities.
