- Actively manage and evaluate revenue management system decisions, ensuring optimization of revenue outcomes.
- Direct Booking & Online Distribution:
- Collaborate with the loyalty program team to improve the property's direct booking performance.
- Manage and oversee the online distribution strategy for all sales channels, ensuring effective digital presence and rate competitiveness.
- Ensure rate parity and monitor the competitiveness of pricing across all channels.
- Forecasting & Budgeting:
- Provide and update monthly revenue forecasts, contributing to accurate financial planning for managed properties.
- Participate in the annual budget and rate rationalization exercises, ensuring strategic alignment with revenue targets.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Provide timely, data-driven advice to the Sales Team on sales quotations and strategies.
- Liaise with industry partners to remain updated on market developments and competitive trends, ensuring the company remains agile and responsive to changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality markets in Singapore, Australia, China, and Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel management systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
