Job Overview
The Royal Plaza is seeking a skilled and energetic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our hospitality, providing exceptional service to guests in our buffet restaurant and meeting spaces.

About the Role
This is a part-time position requiring a flexible individual who can work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays. As a Customer Service Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with buffet restaurant and/or meeting spaces operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Providing warm welcomes and assistance to patrons, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of tables, side stations, and assisting with setup and turnover for events.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you should be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Your Skills
We are looking for individuals with a range of skills including water management, housekeeping, inventory control, and attention to detail. If you are a team player with excellent customer service skills, we would like to hear from you.

What We Offer
The Royal Plaza offers competitive pay rates. Based on industry standards and considering the location, we estimate the salary to be around $18-$22 per hour.
