Key Roles

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the business unit, ensuring it meets all service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain processes to enhance efficiency and quality within the unit.
  • Lead and implement new process rollouts to drive continuous improvement.
  • Train staff through coaching and development programs to ensure they possess necessary product and process knowledge.
  • Manage security at the workplace and implement effective controls to prevent breaches.
  • Monitor and improve satisfaction indices among applicants, missions, and employees.
  • Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct manpower planning and forecasting to optimize resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a degree in a related field or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in management roles.
  • Proven track record of proactivity, commitment, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with Indian dialects is highly desirable.
