Operations Manager

Job Description:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations for our business. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless operations while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

  • Lead and guide the operational team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost targets.
  • Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, manage exceptions, and mitigate disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Submit accurate monthly management reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations and managing a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs).
