We are seeking an experienced Finance Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our finance planning and analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing pricing, costing, and volume reporting, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the finance planning and analysis team in developing and implementing financial plans and forecasts.
- Oversee pricing, costing, and volume reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions, including supply chain optimization and new product launches.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance planning and analysis, including people management.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge, including US GAAP.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 37.5-hour work week.
- $90 quarterly allowance for Coca-Cola products.
- 18 days annual leave.
- Medical and dental coverage for self and dependents (dental up to $400/year).
- Company transport provided.
