Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Financial Insights & Planning: Leverage the new IFRS17 accounting standard to manage Insurance Management Information. Deliver precise performance analysis, forecasting, and annual planning to support critical business decisions.
- Enhance Business Insight: Partner with SG business teams to blend financial performance insights with business knowledge, challenging and improving commercial understanding.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with local Financial Control, actuarial teams, and the Central team to ensure comprehensive financial insights and solutions.
- Improve Processes: Lead efforts to enhance MI processes, including strengthening management information and cost control mechanisms.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Handle ad hoc financial requests and step in for the Head of Business Finance as needed.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Analytical Excellence: Exceptional numeracy skills and a proven ability to grasp new financial and technical concepts swiftly. Capable of delivering high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Commercial Acumen: A strategic mindset aimed at maximizing shareholder returns.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with a knack for creating impactful reports and presentations. Experience with Qliksense is a plus.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Regular interaction with senior Finance and business leaders.
