Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account development strategy aligned with the objectives for each account, focusing on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships to boost profitability.
- Promote the complete suite of logistics services, ranging from postal solutions to courier offerings.
- Provide insightful, data-driven analysis regarding opportunities, challenges, trends, and financial outcomes, including the identification of potential alternatives.
- Ensure that accounts receive optimal service and management, positioning them for growth and enhanced profitability as per the account strategy.
- Proactively identify and address service shortfalls, making informed recommendations to management regarding resource allocation and operational support.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities and sales pipelines in the CRM system, delivering precise sales forecasts.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Account Management.
