Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our commodities legal team. The successful candidate will have strong derivatives trading and structured transaction experience.

  • Key responsibilities include advising on derivative and structured transactions, providing legal support to the commodities business, and assisting with access to new venues and registrations to trade in existing/new/expanded markets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of how commodities markets function and underlying regulatory framework.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

What You'll Bring

  • Lawyer with strong derivatives trading and structured transaction experience.
  • Good knowledge of how commodities markets function and underlying regulatory framework.
  • Experience in advising on both commodity derivatives trading and physical commodities trading would be preferred, but not essential.
