The ideal candidate will have experience in upskilling new digital roles to drive DL's transformation in manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for sustaining production operation scheduling, capacity planning/simulation, kanban management, and monthly build/ship plan for both instrument & support parts.

You will manage end-to-end supply chain planning, including coordination of when goods should be produced and in what quantity, and managing contract manufacturer (CM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) forecasts and strategies.

The role involves overseeing the integration of customer demand with production capability, as well as contributing to the development of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, product generation, and/or order fulfillment strategies to improve customer satisfaction, market share, revenue, and/or return on assets for the business unit/division/operation.

You will manage production planning processes in support of these strategies and worldwide business requirements. You will oversee and facilitate coordination of new product introductions (NPI), including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production.

You are responsible for managing supply chain programs and processes and are accountable for key metrics such as gross margin improvement, revenue goals, inventory levels, on-time delivery, etc.
