Billing Clerk (Airfreight) Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a role that requires accuracy and organizational skills? We are seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team in the airfreight industry. In this position, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to invoicing and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice issuance and verification: Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices to customers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data into our system.
  • Credit control: Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • General administration duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Min 1 year relevant experience in accounting or a related field.

Working Arrangements:

We offer a flexible working schedule with 5.5 days of work per week. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 12pm.
