Job Description

To effectively deliver value to customers, maintain a complete and up-to-date understanding of their needs and expectations.

Lead the Value Stream organization in delivering customer value efficiently, using Lean principles and Policy Deployment for continuous improvement.

Prioritize resource utilization and adhere to Lean principles to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Take responsibility for managing gross margins, working capital, and overall Value Stream performance.

Collaborate with other Value Streams to optimize equipment and resource utilization.

Develop Lean capabilities and improve overall business performance, in alignment with organizational targets.

In partnership with Sales and Business Development functions, identify opportunities to add value for customers.

Support other Value Streams and company stakeholders, including the wider Safran network.
