Business Growth Specialist

A Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales expansion by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales activities to achieve business targets, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Develop and implement in-store expansion plans, branding initiatives, and display optimization.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
