At PRIMUSTECH PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced and organized Dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a technology or software-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, as well as familiarity with filing systems, invoicing processes, and time-tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile invoices in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Manage employee time and attendance records, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support the preparation, organization, and submission of tender documents.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, if applicable.
  • Collaborate via Microsoft Teams for communication, document sharing, and task management.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a technology or software-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with filing systems, invoicing processes, and time-tracking systems.
  • Experience with tender submissions and project management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • A basic understanding of financial and operational processes within a business unit.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
