We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive talent attraction professional to join our team. As a Senior Associate, HR Talent Attraction, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop innovative strategies to source and hire qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Partner and drive strategic alliances with educational institutions and government agencies to develop talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
- Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage business unit expectations while demonstrating a visible commitment to fulfilling recruitment goals.
Requirements:- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and terminology is advantageous, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace tools and IHRP Certification would be beneficial.
