Job Overview

The Store Assistant Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Reporting directly to the Store Supervisor, this individual is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring excellent product presentation, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring products are arranged in accordance with First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles to guarantee optimal shelf life.
  • Assisting the Store Supervisor with store operations, including coordinating stock levels, managing inventory, and overseeing salespeople and cashiers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per company guidelines.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, tidiness, and adhering to administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee and customer relations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
