Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers, achieving monthly sales targets, promoting and demonstrating products to tourists and walk-ins, handling customer inquiries, managing the POS system, payments, and cash handling, overseeing in-store inventory and conducting regular stock checks, coordinating with the back-end office on sales matters, addressing customer feedback and providing excellent after-sales service, conducting customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate daily sales records.
The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Deliver exceptional in-store experience to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote and demonstrate products to tourists and walk-ins
- Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively
- Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling
