Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Programme Support Specialist. The role involves providing assistance with programme activities and clients at a senior activity centre.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare monthly activity schedules for clients, ensuring a engaging and interactive environment.
- Engage with clients during activities, promoting social interaction and community building skills.
- Assist in the distribution of food ration packages, guaranteeing timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Assess clients' needs and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and care services, prioritizing their well-being and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' data and programme activities, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable personality, with a passion for working with seniors and contributing to their overall satisfaction.
