About the Role:

- You will be responsible for establishing and overseeing effective quality control systems across multiple projects to ensure consistency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee effective quality control systems across multiple projects to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Promote and implement best practices in quality control to ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead project teams in the preparation and execution of quality management assessments, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform daily QA/QC inspections to ensure site compliance with quality standards.
- Compile and submit monthly QA/QC reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for subcontractors on quality standards and best practices.
- Issue non-compliance reports to subcontractors and follow up on corrective actions.
- Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss quality-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in architectural or structural disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a QAQC Manager or Assistant QAQC Manager with a main building contractor.
- BCA-Approved CONQUAS Manager and Quality Mark Certificate required.
- Solid understanding of construction quality control and assurance practices.
