Nurse Department Lead

We are seeking a seasoned nurse leader to drive operational efficiency and excellence in care standards within our nursing department.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and management of the Nursing Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain compliance with all nursing standards as stipulated by regulatory bodies, driving quality care and safety.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans, incorporating trends and changing needs to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
- Oversee staff training and development, including clinical training and competency assessments to enhance skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Valid registration with the relevant nursing board.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior nursing role.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and nursing expertise, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Proficient in computer applications and systems relevant to clinical and administrative work, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
