Clinical Lead

As a seasoned nurse manager, you will lead the nursing team in a busy hospital ward. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
- Attend case management rounds with patients and their families to ensure high-quality care.
- Perform on-call duties to provide 24/7 support.
- Conduct performance appraisals and offer constructive feedback to staff members.
- Develop and implement teaching programs for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor nurses and all personnel involved in patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing recognized by the SNB, be registered as a Registered Nurse, and possess at least five years of experience in providing nursing care. They should also have excellent communication and public relations skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings and participate in committee work.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the hospital environment.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics.
- Provide training and resources to staff members.
- Participate in emergency situations involving patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Acute hospital or community hospital experience preferred.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- Registration with the SNB as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in providing nursing care and supervisory functions.
- Ability to perform audits and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
